The Challenge

Trustwave are a global Cyber Security services company offering Managed Security Services, managed detection and response, Consulting and professional services to many companies around the world.

Due to their phenomenal growth in all parts of the world their recruitment team was struggling to keep up with the pace and quality of hiring required and so the business was being compromised. At the time, the major issue was in EMEA (mainly UK and Poland) which was suffering with a complete lack of co-ordination as well as a dysfunctional relationship between the business and the recruiting team. 

Our Solution

At the time, the major issue was in EMEA (mainly UK and Poland) which was suffering with a complete lack of co-ordination as well as a dysfunctional relationship between the business and the recruiting team.

The VP of HR and head of Talent in the US engaged Review to resolve the issues and implement a team/processes to turn around the recruitment services quickly.
We very quickly engaged with the relevant stakeholders and their hiring managers across the region and, having formed those relationships and a clear process where everybody understood the importance of their own part in the hiring, we began the quick improvement required.

The Result

The feedback between EMEA, US and the Executive team clearly showed how effective we had been in the turn around and the continuation of a quality hiring process when we finished. The end of this project resulted in us being engaged to do the same in Singapore, again we delivered hiring in excess of 200 cyber professionals in a little over 18 months leaving the local team to continue the good work

The Challenge

Daemon are an award winning Technical Consultancy in the top 10 Best companies to work for in the UK, located in the UK & South Africa.

Due to their amazing success they were looking to scale their work force in the UK & SA. They sourced a permanent consultant and still required

Extra help primarily within their Cloud & DevOps team.

Our Solution

The Head of Talent located in the UK engaged Review Contracts and we became part of their internal Talent Acquisition team. 

Through various meetings with Hiring Managers, stakeholders and Culture Team we got a great understanding of the technical skills and

the values that underpinned the success of Daemon as well as a knowledge of the various tech systems used internally and their very successful interview process.

 We sourced candidates through various channels to find the best talent to introduce to the company.

The Result

Sourced, interviewed and onboarded a number of highly technical personnel to the company assisting the scale up process.  Also became a member of the Wellbeing Team within Daemon as the wellbeing of their employees was key to having a very happy well thought of work force.  The project lasted exactly 12 months.

Through constant relationship building with the employees and candidates and managing the interview process we made sure there was a  seamless, smooth efficient recruitment process for both the Hiring Managers and the candidates.  We stayed up to date with the industry trends and best practices with the ever evolving technical industry to assist the company remain in the top 10 of the best companies to work for in the UK.
